In June 2024 we took one way tickets from UK to Bali with our kids. WHY?

We felt like that the life that we were living was not how we were truly meant to be living. There was a disconnect. Between our soul and our physical life. And it came to a point where the signs became too clear that we were living a life that truly wasn't meant for us. Working long hours, waking up in the dark, long commutes, getting home in the dark, debt and worry, and most of all living like passing ships in our busy life. Depressed, unfulfilled and thinking that there's really got to be more to life than this way.

And so, we decided that things had to change. And radically so. We were both having a spiritual awakening at the time. Meditating and going within. Asking questions and getting answers. We asked the Universe for a sign. And we got one. We asked for another sign if that first sign was actually a sign or if we were going crazy. We got another sign. We sold everything and packed our bags, followed our intuition and chased dreams for our reality. Once you decide on what it is exactly that you want and take inspired action, manifestation happens in this way. We're now 11 months in on our exciting world adventure. Raising our vibration and frequency, spending all our time being barefoot, in the sun, world schooling our kids and earning online. Re-connecting and finding ourselves again.

And that's what this blog is all about. It's a little bit of our story and us. But also helpful tips and guides to help others that resonate with what we're saying. Go check out this little video I made as we were 6 months into our journey - to put 'our story in a nutshell' as to why we did what we did and how, 11 months on, it was the best thing we ever did. But it's been scary. There's been tears. It's not always been easy and we share that here to give you the realistic side of doing all of this with kids. We're currently building our home in Bali and whilst that's happening we're exploring as much of the world as we can (on a budget).
