A beginner-friendly reminder of how the Universe really works


When you start to apply these 12 Universal Laws to Everyday Life you Instantly change your life. You will instantly start to feel more peaceful and connected. And because your vibration instantly changes you will affect your reality. By how much? You are the watcher of your own emotions and so by how much depends on how much you align with and embody the laws.


You’ve read about the 12 Universal Laws - the energetic rules that keep the entire Universe in harmony. But knowing them isn’t enough. The magic happens when you live them. And then once you ‘live’ them you start to embody them and the rules that they follow fall in your lap.

A deep understanding or ‘innerstanding’ of them allows for them to fully absorb into your subconscious to be more than just knowledge or just some info you read on a blog. They become part of you. Because they form the workings of the Universe and your divine connection within it. The truth of who you are at source. Beyond the labels of the mind that we apply to ourselves and then unwittingly become. And this is where we gave our power away. But we can reclaim it back right now.

You must remember, if these laws are new to you (like they were me a few years ago) awakening to ancient truths and knowledge that you never knew even existed can take time. Be kind to yourself and  simply sit with each law. 40 years of unlearning programmes and traumas can take a little time. But it doesn't have to take any time. Our choice (free will) allows us to instantly embody something should we allow it. But our ego mind tells us it must take time, and so my own journey was slow and steady. I only realised that it didn't need to be and that's something I'd really like to share before I carry on.


When studying the laws I recommend you spend time daily in the laws living each and noticing when something crops up in everyday life that can be explained by or made better by applying the law. Mindfulness and meditation are key to embodying them.


Below you’ll find simple, real-world ways to recognise each Law at work and to bring yourself back into alignment with it. 

These are the micro-shifts that make daily life flow with more peace, ease, and synchronicity. 

Let's go through each law and how to See it, Apply it and make that mental shift to see instant improvements to vibration and frequency immediately, that attract better outcomes.


1. The Law of Divine Oneness – Getting You to Remember Your Divine Connection to Everything & Everyone

See it: When you feel separate or unseen. Apply it: Pause and silently bless the people around you—drivers in traffic, the barista, your children, nature, the water you drink, the floor under your feet when you wake, the tools that make life easier. Feeling gratitude for this connection to all that is. Make the Mental Shift: “We are all threads of the same fabric. What I give out, I receive.” And act within this. Do more. Be kinder. Open doors. Be at one with kindness for kindness sake. Your knowledge and embodiment of this law sends ripples out to the Universe that you won’t be aware of right now. Your knowledge of this connection sends a signal out to The Universe that you know and you are willing. A light is switched on where all other laws work in alignment with this first and fundamental law. 


2. The Law of Vibration – Getting You to Feel Before You Act

See it: Notice how different rooms or people feel. Notice how when something that you perceive as ‘bad’ happens and how you feel. Then make the effort to change the vibration to even only one notch up on the vibrational energy scale. For example: somebody cuts you up in  traffic and you instantly feel that pang or rage. Notice the feeling, see it for what it is ENERGY VIBRATING. And then send awareness to a higher vibrational feeling. This takes practice. But in your noticing it and becoming aware of - you are no longer at the mercy of almost instinctive low vibrational feelings. You become the controller of emotion. And this emotion is what all creation and manifestation is based on. Apply it: Before sending a message, posting, reacting or making a decision, breathe and ask, “What vibration am I in?” “What am I feeling?” Make the Mental Shift: Choose the emotion you’d like life to echo back. Instead of rage from the driver, try to feel connection, so that you can lower that vibration from bling rage to something softer. Even one rung up anger is a better vibrational shift. But if you managed that what’s to stop you swapping the vibration to acceptance or even love. This is advanced alchemy and transmutation so don’t worry - this is huge strides in energy transmutation. But just noticing the feeling before a reaction to be aware of whether a better vibe ration would be more suitable. Why? Because the Universe will mirror back to you at a later stage. The Next Law.

3. The Law of Correspondence – Getting You To Notice Situations where the Inner always Mirrors the Outer

See it: Patterns repeating - money issues, relationships, delays. You always seem to be encountering or being in a particular situation. Apply it: Instead of fixing the outer problem, notice it, then sit and journal the inner belief: “What does this situation say about what I expect or fear?” The pattern is usually always a subconscious or often conscious fear. The vibration of fear is mirroring the vibration of fear situations back in the outer. Make the Mental Shift: Change the story; watch the scene change.


4. The Law of Attraction – Like Calls to Like

See it: When everything starts matching your mood. Apply it: Begin each day listing five things you already love. Gratitude lifts your baseline frequency. It’s one of the highest vibration feelings we can feel and so step into it easily by practicing gratitude as much as possible throughout the day. What are you grateful for? The little things that happen all day long - maybe someone held the door open for you. Notice that, feel gratitude and by the Law of Attraction you will call in more little situations of experiences and things tat make you ‘feel’ grateful and gratitude. The little things become the big things when you practice this daily. Make the Mental Shift: “I focus on what’s thriving, and life brings me more of it.” Rather than what’s not doing so well to ensure life stops bringing you more of what you don’t want. More of what we DO want please. And that’s feelings of: Love, abundance, happiness, joy, good health etc etc. 


5. The Law of Inspired Action – Getting You To Notice the Feeling of when to Move When feeling Inspired. Move when Moved.

See it: When you get a quiet nudge to call someone or try something new. A feeling that you should do something or act. Noticing these feeling. Listening to these feelings. Acting gently and aligned with these feelings. Apply it: Act before doubt talks you out of it. If you felt the nudge to do something, take inspired action relatively quickly because your thinking brain will always try to show up and tell you 1 million reasons why you should now not do ‘the thing’. And so if you felt inspired and then let your mind talk you out of it… this action that you should have taken is the exact energetic catalyst that would have propelled this energy flow through you to receive and create an outcome that would have been quite favourable. Make the Mental Shift: “I trust the gentle impulses of my higher self.” These little nudges are what is known as your highest self. Always pushing you towards your inner truest highest place in life. They are nudges to be listened to and acted upon. Programmes such as imposter syndrome or self doubt (or any other subconscious negative programmes that you maybe have taken on throughout your experiences since being little and in life thereafter) can creep in here if you are not aware and acting within the Law of Inspired Action. Divine Energy loves inspired action as it can move through it much easier than non-action. 

6. The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy – Getting You To Know That Nothing Stays Stuck - everything is temporary and in flow and movement

See it: Heavy moods or stale environments they are only energy and perspective. There is much that we can do to change perspective and energy and thus change the heaviness or density almost instantly. Your awareness of choice here is invaluable. Apply it: Physically move energy around. I can’t stress how good our bodies are at helping the movement of energy. Open windows, move some furniture, sage cleanse, move your body, jump around, play high-frequency music, laugh, get out in nature anything that makes you feel joy is key. Make the Mental Shift: “Energy is always moving; I can raise it right now.” This very minute. If life feels stuck, get the energy moving and flowing right away. The rest can be worked on in the coming days.


7. The Law of Cause and Effect – Every Thought Is a Seed. The thought is the cause.

See it: Notice outcomes that trace back to earlier choices. A life situation because of something you choose, decided to do, the direction in life you took when you should have believed in yourself. Everything started with a thought. And subconsciously our thoughts can become sabotaged by limiting beliefs without our consent or knowing. Know today that even your thought here reading this is the seed of an outcome in the future. What will you plant with this knowledge and thought today? Apply it: Before reacting, ask, “Do I want more of this energy?” Make the Mental Shift: Plant only what you want to harvest. 


8. The Law of Compensation – What You Give Returns

See it: Notice the times when the feelings of generosity or the feelings of resentment around giving arises. This is pointing to a fear within. Remember most thoughts have subconscious fears behind them unless you are aware and embodying mindfulness. Apply it: Give with joy or don’t give at all. Bless every payment, every kindness. Make the Mental Shift: “Circulation keeps abundance alive.”


9. The Law of Relativity – Nothing Has Meaning Until You Compare It

See it: Feeling behind, unlucky, or envious. Apply it: Replace comparison with gratitude. Make the Mental Shift: “Everything is relative. I’m exactly where I need to be to learn love now.”


10. The Law of Polarity – Opposites Define Each Other

See it: Challenges that highlight what you truly want. Apply it: When you meet darkness, name its opposite and lean there. Make the Mental Shift: “Contrast clarifies my desires; both ends serve growth.”


11. The Law of Rhythm – Flow With Your Season

See it: High energy some days, low the next. Apply it: Rest during inward phases; create when energy rises. Make the Mental Shift: “My rhythm is divine. I don’t push the tide.”


12. The Law of Gender – Balance Doing and Being

See it: Overworking or over-daydreaming. Apply it: Blend both: structure with intuition, logic with flow. Make the Mental Shift: “When my masculine and feminine energies dance, creation unfolds effortlessly.”

The Universe isn’t waiting to bless you - it’s literally waiting for you to tune in. The moment you live by these Laws, life starts to cooperate.


I hope this landed right where I hoped it would. Giving you thoughts and daily ways that you can start to apply the universal laws to instantly improve it. And then begin your journey with utilising the divine energy that creates worlds to create your own world. First you have to know the knowledge. Then you have to align with the knowledge. Embody it, live it, so that your daily baseline frequency is the same as the life you want to create. Doing shadow work to get rid of any beliefs that don’t align with these always and the truth of what you really are. And knowing these laws are the keys to the whole Universe. What you do with these laws will determine what shows up in your reality. This is how the Universe works.
