- 741 hz frequency benefits - Discover The Power of The 741 hertz Solfeggio Frequency
In a world filled with constant noise and distractions, the search for inner peace and emotional balance has never been more important. And frequency is the key to finding this balance. Check out my deep dive into the full set of The Solfeggio Frequencies, to learn more about what they are and hear all 9 of the main pure tones. Ancient healing practices, such as sound therapy, have long been used to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit. The 741 Hz Solfeggio frequency is known for its association with the throat chakra, communication, and neutralising negative energy. 741 Hz is part of the sacred Solfeggio scale that I cover in a deep dive series exploring pure tones and how they can help the vibration and frequency of the body and our well-being. But how exactly can this specific frequency enhance our lives? Referred to as the frequency of “awakening intuition,” it can help with “cleansing,” and “self-expression.” It’s one of the ancient Solfeggio healing tones and is believed to have powerful effects on the mind, body, and energy field. In this blog, we’ll explore the many benefits of 741 Hz, how it works, and how you can integrate it into your life for a more peaceful, loving existence. Listening to the 741 Hz frequency and getting back to balance has beneficial effects on the body, mind, and spirit. And how you can join in my 21 day challenge for free to re-calibrate the body in just 5 mins a day. We sincerely hope this blog inspires and elevates you to follow your dreams, passions to manifest the life of your dreams! The Life of abundance that is waiting for you and that you truly deserve. And if you're interested in Our Story of how we went from living a Depressed and Disconnected life in the UK to living the life of our dreams travelling the world, worldschooling our kids and building our dream home in Bali then I've linked some blog posts above. And if not, Let's jump in to todays 741Hertz blog. Read on to read the full benefits of listening to the 741 hz Solfeggio frequency... And listen to the pure tone 741hz here too to start your healing journey. We actually stumbled upon the power of 741hertz Solfeggio frequency completely by accident during our first year of nomad life. At the time, we were worldschooling our two kids while traveling across South East Asia, finally settling in Bali. I was taking a Sound Healing course in Bali and learning how to create custom audio tracks—like binaural beats, angel frequencies, and the 9 core Solfeggio tones—to sell as digital products for our online business. Because I was constantly building and testing these tracks, the frequencies were always looping in the background while the kids did their homeschooling and we worked on our business. Suddenly, we noticed a massive shift. The kids were incredibly focused, calm, and productive. At first, we thought it was a coincidence. But after testing it out during our remote work and study blocks, the results were undeniable: these tones focused our minds like nothing else. It quickly became our ultimate secret weapon for family productivity. Today, it is still the foundation of our work sessions. We will loop a specific tone like 741 Hz for deep problem-solving, or just let a full bundle of all 9 Solfeggio pure tones play in the background. As well as focusing the mind which appears to be an effect of all the frequencies - the 741hz has some interesting claims: Buy the extended 60 mins 741hz Royalty Free MP3 + WAV Audio Files here (for personal & professional use) 1. 741 hertz for Clearing Toxins and Negative Energies 741 Hz is associated with detoxification — both physically and energetically. It’s thought to help the body eliminate toxins and to clear energetic blockages from the aura or chakra system, especially the throat chakra. Think: releasing what doesn’t belong — heavy emotions, environmental pollutants, or even unconscious fear patterns. 2. It Activates Intuition & Inner Wisdom 741 Hz stimulates the pineal gland and enhances intuition, inner guidance, and spiritual awakening. It may help someone reconnect with their inner knowing, making it easier to trust themselves and their path. Perfect for someone who feels disconnected, confused, or is seeking clarity. 3. It Encourages Authentic Self-Expression It’s a throat chakra frequency, so it supports speaking your truth, setting boundaries, and expressing yourself clearly and creatively — without fear of judgment. Great for people who’ve been silenced, shamed, or struggle to say what they really feel. 4. It Helps Remove Limiting Beliefs 741 Hz may help dissolve subconscious blockages — especially those related to fear, guilt, or unworthiness. It’s like a vibrational “clearing out” of the clutter that keeps someone small or stuck. 5. It Supports Emotional Healing It has a calming, harmonizing effect on the nervous system and emotional body. People often report feeling lighter, clearer, and more emotionally free after listening regularly. 🎧 How to Use It: Listen to 741 Hz music or binaural beats during meditation or relaxation. Pair it with visualisation: imagine blue light clearing your throat and energy field. Use it alongside affirmations like:“I release what no longer serves me.”“I express my truth with love and clarity.”“My body, mind, and spirit are in perfect harmony.” My Royalty Free 60 Minute MP3 + WAV file's give you 60 mins of uninterrupted pure tone audio to align with the 741hz Solfeggio Frequency. Instant Download. If you prefer longer sittings, I sell the full 60 min audio MP3 and WAV file for the 741Hz Solfeggio Frequency Pure tone here. And you can Buy the full chakra Solfeggio Pure Tone frequencies bundle here When you purchase that pure frequency tone on you receive the digital file professionally mastered to download and keep forever - whether that's to listen to yourself on your device or use in your own meditations personally or commercially if you are a meditation or wellbeing coach. Because we are all energy and knowing this opens doors to healing and quantum manifestation that we never dreamed possible. If we can heal at the basic level, expanded levels of awareness and consciousness can be allowed to come through allowing the energies of these higher possibilities and timelines to come through too. And whilst this section is not about manifesting and co-creating the life you dream, it acts purely as a gateway into accessing such higher truths about who we really are. And to do that we must heal our lower vibrational energies within the body and self and work with energy how it's truly meant to be worked with and The Solfeggio Frequencies help with doing that. - What Is the Higher Self? | How to Connect with the Holy Spirit Within + FREE Meditation
A clearing and guidance meditation (prayer) to call in your higher self and ask to clear. What Is the Higher Self? The Higher Self is often described as the eternal, unchanging part of you that remembers who you really are. The you that is pure awareness, beyond ego, beyond fear. The part of you that is always connected to God / Source / Love or your inner guide, your intuitive voice, the you that never left heaven. Across traditions, the higher self is sometimes called The Soul, The Divine Self, Your Inner Light, Atman, or Christ Mind. It’s not something you have to become, it’s what you already are, once the fog of ego clears. I'm currently reading A Course In Miracles (ACIM), which I'm finding enlightening and difficult in equal parts. I'll be covering this book on the blog soon because quite frankly it's been 'that' enlightening for me. But it also uses a language that feels Christian and religious to me (having not come from a religious background) and it's this aspect of the book that makes ACIM difficult for me. Every other aspect speaks to me on so many levels. ACIM speaks in terms of 'Holy Spirit' and 'God' which have been somewhat tricky for me at first. But as my understanding has gone on and my consciousness expands, it stopped being an issue for me and I've started asking questions relating to my own spiritual understanding of oneness and the divine and so the first important question that I had, that you may have to was relating to the Higher Self and the Holy Spirit being one of the same. 🕊️ Is the Higher Self the Same as the Holy Spirit? In A Course in Miracles, this is subtle but important. The Holy Spirit is described as the Voice for God - the communication link between you and Source and The Higher Self is often equated with your right mind or the part of you that chooses the Holy Spirit. So You could say that The Holy Spirit is the 'Guide', and your Higher Self is the 'listener' the part of you willing to hear truth. So while the Holy Spirit and Higher Self are not exactly the same, they’re intimately connected. From ACIM: “The Holy Spirit is the mind of the Atonement. He represents a state of mind that exists in you already, but you have not yet chosen to use.” (T-5.I.5). The book goes onto explain what the Atonement and Sin are - and they are different from those that you have heard in the bible. But the words are the same, their meaning not. So, when we want to connect to this divine intelligence of either The Holy Spirit or The Higher Self, which are one of the same and interconnected. Then How Do You Call the Higher Self or Holy Spirit It In? I have a really wonderful and simple meditation for you further on that will do just this. But before we head there, I'd love for you to read on... I think in self healing and spirituality, we often hear these words buzzed about and it can get confusing as to whether we are doing 'it' right. 'Connecting to me higher self'. Or even in the early days of somebody brand new into their own healing journey and awakening journey it can even be a question of what am I doing this for? The ego and the thinking mind is going to feel threatened by your newly awakening antics and really will throw in all the tricks to try and de-rail you. If like me, you can sometimes feel like you're going slightly mad. And so, more recently I've been called to help others on a similar journey to me. This call has been from My Higher Self and The Holy Spirit. Not as an expert, or an enlightened one, but as someone who has recently been there on my own awakening journey. First a healing journey, that turned into a self love journey (because you realise that you are worthy of all this love that you never gave yourself), then a mindfulness journey (so that you have to unlearn everything from the ego and start being mindful about every single thing that you do), into a gratitude journey (where you start to realise that your traumas become your strength once you perceive them from the point of view that they were always intended for your soul. Lessons to learn from or to carry on repeating the loop until one day in this lifetime or another your soul finally learns and breaks the cycle) onto an awakening journey. Which then takes you all the way back to a deeper healing journey, maybe another dark soul of the night, then you realise the work that was to be done. This was how it was for me and as my consciousness expands, so do the possibilities and timelines shift. The awakening journey never truly ends in all honesty and the more I learn, understand, perceive and then integrate. The less I realise I actually know. Because nothing in this life is truly as it seems and all things we see as reality are in fact not. But it takes awakening and the steps involved to live in truth and truly see. If this resonates with you and you just 'get it' then that's because we are walking a similar path. I have walked the same path as you and I got through some parts and am now on the path but at a different point. This does not mean I'm better, more advanced, more connected. It just means I've some information that helped me that can really help you too. And I share it openly on my blog. I also speak regularly now with The Holy Spirit and my Higher Self (after maybe a year or so of not hearing), but they were always there btw and this is true for you right now and always was if you feel as though you do not hear anything. And now I am being guided and led. And basically doing what this communication says. Because the Higher Self is only interested in the stuff that is for your highest good in as far as the soul is concerned. And I'm really only interested in helping people now. And there's a lot of people wanting help. More than ever people are awakening on a massive scale and there is an appetite for self help on another level. Our true self level. So, How Do You Call the Higher Self or Holy Spirit It In? You don’t need to “summon” the Higher Self or the Holy Spirit - they are already present. But you can choose to invite their guidance - and that willingness is everything. By way of a prayer or meditation. Just sit wherever you are, close your eyes, put your hand on your heart and say a simple prayer or meditation. We don't need to get fancy about it. It's just a declaration. A prayer. A call out to call in: A Simple Prayer to Call In the Holy Spirit / Higher Self: "I do not know what anything is for. Holy Spirit, I am willing to be shown. Help me see this situation/person/myself through Your eyes.” Or: “Higher Self, guide me today. I surrender my thoughts, my plans, and my fears. Let me be led by peace, not control. Let me remember who I truly am.” Something as simple as the above. And btw please don't get caught up in the exacts of these short prayers. Your willingness is EVERYTHING. The fact that you are open and willing is really all the The Holy Spirit or The Higher Self needs. They know you. And they are with you. They know when you are open and willing already and a prayer isn't going to change this. However the prayer will speak your intention and this helps with the bridge. Do not get caught up in what you say here. Just You could even say: "Hey HS, I basically don't know what I'm doing, I don't know anything, I just got this off a really cool blog by my pink haired bestie, but it's about time and I am now open to hearing you and I want to start trying" Boom job done. Your Willingness is everything. Stop trying to say the right thing. It doesn't matter. Then after any prayer of your choosing, pause, wait, be still for a moment and just breath. If you don't hear anything that's ok. Communication has been opened. Just go about your day. You showed willingness. The rest will follow. But you might feel something, even on this first opening dialogue and you might feel it as: A sudden shift into calm or clarity A deep breath A knowing or intuitive nudge A softening of fear You don’t need to actually hear a voice. Peace is the voice. Notice what you feel and that's all to begin. Like all new things, you may need to practice this connection. Especially if you've been blind your whole life (I'm not talking eyesight here) and you are now just awakening or realising truths or that there is more to you than you first thought. If these are early days go gently with yourself. But you could (and should in my opinion) start a daily connection practice. This is for you. The Holy Spirit and Higher Self hear you and always answer and guide. It's almost always us that fail to hear. But with a little practice this will soon change and that's why I think a daily practice is a good thing especially in todays' busy, noisy world. Because why not. In Practice: How to Connect to My Higher Self or Holy Spirit - Daily? Your Morning Practice: Sit in stillness for 5 minutes and simply ask: “Holy Spirit, guide my day. Let me be led by love.” sit and enjoy 5 mins. Listen and feel that's all. ✍️ Journaling with the Higher Self: Write a question that you have at the top of a page and then let the answer come through. Begin with “Dear one…” then wait, pen in hand, quietly and patient. Write as if your highest, wisest self is speaking. But if nothing comes don't force it. You showed willing. Do again another day if nothing showed. In Trigger Moments: Pause and ask, “Is this coming from fear or love?” “What would the Holy Spirit have me do or say now?” Calling in your Higher Self or the Holy Spirit is not about going upward to find something out there - it’s about going inward, where truth already lives. We're not asking a God with white beard or anything that is external to us. And that's the truth of us that we've lost. We have it all within us. Whether that's the ability to manifest, the ability to self heal, re-wire our brains and thus cells and DNA, the ability to heal others emotionally and physically, or even just the ability to just live in peace and happiness. It's all within. And it's by design that we've forgot this truth. And it's time to reclaim our truth and stand in it and then when we do lift others to stand in their own. I hope you enjoyed this blog? Let me know in the comments. Here's My clearing and guidance meditation (prayer) that I use to call in my higher self and ask to connect and clear me. Feel free to use this, share it with someone who needs it or even re-purpose it and tweak it to suit you. This is ours: (Sit quietly, place a hand on your heart, breathe slowly, and speak or whisper this prayer) Holy Spirit, Divine Presence of Love and Truth, I invite You into this moment, into my mind, into my heart. I release all energy that is not of love. I let go of fear, doubt, guilt, and heaviness - anything that no longer serves my path. I give You all that I cannot carry, And I open myself to be shown a better way. Cleanse my thoughts, renew my spirit, Align me with peace, with joy, with purpose. Help me to see through the eyes of Love. To walk with clarity, courage, and compassion. I trust that what is meant for me will unfold, And what is not will gently fall away. Thank You for the unseen miracles, The guidance already on its way. I am willing. I am ready. I am whole. Amen.(Or if you prefer: And so it is.) The Ultimate Guide to the Best Things to do in Uluwatu Bali: ⛱ Relax on one of Uluwatu's Many Stunning Beaches Obviously this comes first in our Uluwatu guide because Bali's BEST beaches are in Uluwatu. We're a family of beach lovers are love a good beach. Uluwatu is home to some of Bali’s best beaches. Check out Our Ultimate Uluwatu Best Beaches Guide that Si has put together for his Uluwatu Beach Series for full detailed info on every beach in Uluwatu! This took him months to compile... bless him - He's nothing but thorough! But below here's a few of what we think are The Best Things 'Must Visit' Beaches for your next Uluwatu trip: Padang Padang Beach – Made famous from the movie Eat Pray Love with Julia Roberts which I have to admit I haven't actually seen yet! Should I? Comment below to let me know. You have to watch out for the monkeys at Padang Padang Beach BUT the walk down in-between cliffs is breathtaking, very dramatic and really rather beautiful. Thomas Beach – Secluded and quiet. Bingin Beach - Currently in a state of disrepair. The Government evicted all existing tenants and it's now fully bulldozed down and rumours speculating that a big hotel complex is to be built there. It's really quite sad as Thomas beach was so quaint and beautiful. Reminded me of a Spanish or Greek type of coastal town that led to a beautiful beach. Balangan Beach – Great surf and casual laid back beach cafes and shacks. When the tide goes out at this beach you can see the rock pools and enjoy chilling in one to cool down. A very hot beach with no breeze. We love to grab a coconut at The Coconut Shack here and by gosh do we need it - it gets HOT at Balangan. Dreamland Beach – A wide, sandy beach good for sunbathing and people watching. Gets an amazing sunset with dramatic whipped up pink clouds. The waves at the shore line are insane here so watch out. Expect to see many that enter get skittled over. Melasti Beach - Oh my goodness this beach is a total dream. This beach is accessible by road and framed by limestone cliffs, making the drive down a must do activity in itself. If you're on a scooter get your phone camera ready - this drive is one to record! Come for sunrise or sunset as you get the sun side by side. It’s perfect for families, photo shoots, and a more relaxed beach day. It's picturesque and has calm waters perfect for kids and if you like to get into ocean. Crystal clear waters, soft sand. So beautiful we dedicated a full Melasti Beach blog post to it and a section below. Pandawa Beach - A Long stretch of sandy beach, popular with locals Jimbaran Beach - A long sandy stretch, famous for it's seafood restaurants and more night time activities. If you're short on time check out this Uluwatu based beach tour with a local guide that takes you to 3 beaches (Melasti, Padang Padang and Pandawa with sunset seafood meal on the beach at Jimbaran) - all in one day. Blend Your Own Signature Fragrance at La Tribu We love making memories rather than just buying things. More stuff that you stuff away in a drawer when you get back home. We had a life changing spiritual awakening in 2024 where we sold everything that we owned and so getting rid of stuff and stopping consuming and buying was out motto. And so we collect memories rather than things. If you can relate you'll love the activities we do and share in this best of Uluwatu guide. Discover the art of fragrance in this 2-hour perfume-making workshop at La Tribu, where you'll blend and craft your own signature fragrance! Guided by a professional perfumery expert, you learn the secrets of scent composition while creating a perfume to take home with you that reminds you of your Uluwatu trip to soothe those holiday blues. Please wear a helmet as a scooter rider in Bali. This was Si and Boo on Xmas Day riding up the hill to pick me up for this photo. Helmets were worn for the journey! 🚲 Explore Uluwatu by Scooter Rent a scooter (don't forget your International Driving Permit to be legal) to explore quiet backroads, hidden beaches, and clifftop viewpoints — Uluwatu is best enjoyed at your own pace. The main roads can be quite busy but once you get off those the drives along winding roads can reveal so much beauty. Look out for pot holes in the rugged roads! Watch out for the magnificent cows in the road around Balangan and Melasti back roads (btw cows are scared in Bali and you'll see lot's of them with their beautiful big eyelashes and big dangly bells around their necks) and stop off by a roadside local shop for a coconut. And whilst you're at it stop off at Jamu Ratinah to stock up on this healthy herbal medicine drink to boost your superpowers and give you a much needed health kick. I can personally recommend the Jamu, the pure ginger, the beetroot juice, the fesh coco water and the Greens. This makes life totally better whilst in Uluwatu personally. The supermarket juices are full of sugar and many are concentrates. These fresh juices are the best I've had. You won't get better. They come in big 1 litre bottles. Are cold pressed fresh each day. And come in at a great price. Even if you're just on holiday, grab a couple of bottles in and have them in the fridge to wake up to a health kick shot. P.S. I'm not earning money from this shill, but I can guarantee you'll love this little place. Search them on Grab / GoJek. P.P.S. the jamu is amazing for hangovers! Make a Day of It at Garuda Wisnu Kencana Park GWK Visit one of the worlds largest statues at The Kencana Park. The massive 121 metre tall Hindu God Vishnu Statue that you can sometimes see when flying into The main airport in Bali at Denpasar. This magnificent statue depicts the Hindu god Vishnu riding the bird-like deity Garuda dominates the skyline in southern Bali and is the largest statue in the whole of Indonesia. Set within a cultural park with other statues within it and grounds to walk. Enjoy a day there as a cultural day learning about Balinese culture, art within the museum based there. You can also see a Kecak Fire dance there and combine the 2 activities. Grab your tickets here and choose your options. Make Your Own Balinese Pot at a Pottery Throwing Workshop Join La Tribus weekly Wednesday pottery throwing workshop will teach you everything you need to know to make your very own Bali pot to take home. Note: Firing will take 1 week so only suitable for longer stays. I'll be joining this one soon as we decorate our Bali villa and so I want to make a piece that we can keep in there. You'll already know how we're in our "memories not things era"? Well, this hits both as it's a thing with memories. A take home memento our Bali. And Uluwatu is very rustic kiln fired ceramics and pottery in it's decor! I can't wait to show you my creation. Visit a Balinese Kecak & Fire Dance Show at Uluwatu Temple or Melasti Pronounced 'Ke-CHack' - This mesmerising performance takes place every evening in Uluwatu with 2 choices of dramatic backdrops and unreal settings. We watched one at The Uluwatu Temple but Melasti Beach looks beautiful setting every time we drive past it. Either way for a setting with either you won't be disappointed. Sells out so you must Book your Uluwatu Temple Kecak Show tickets. Take in Some Culture and Take a Visit to Uluwatu Temple Not just for the Kecak Fire Dance, you can also just visit the temple grounds and soak the energy up. Please ladies note: you are not allowed in if on your period, which was why I couldn't attend the Kecak Dance at Uluwatu Temple when Si and the kids visited recently. This day tour is the one you'll want to fit in a private Uluwatu temple tour plus the Water Blow at Nusa Dua (something worth seeing) and GWK Park mentioned above for a very busy Full Uluwatu Day Tour. Get Accredited To Be a Sound Healer in The Worlds Most Transformational Locations If authentic is your thing and you are not looking for spiritual bypassing shenannigans, but a true and athentic way to learn Tibetan Sound Heling bowls to train as a sound healer in Bali then join me! Change your life, Transform yourself to become the version of you that you've always dreamed of. If you've ever felt pulled towards doing something like this (as I had), then this could be your sign. Authentic Guru's from Nepal are coming to Bali to share their experiences, trainings and knowledge about the ancient art of healing through sound and vibration. I'll be there in December 2026 - This is the real deal and one of the only sound healing training retreats I can recommend here - Check out this blog for 2026 / 2027 trainings and dates. See the Cheeky Monkeys at Padang Padang Beach There is no Monkey Forest type place in Uluwatu like the ones in Ubud. But as this part of the island is more undeveloped that places like Canggu and Seminyak, monkeys are still living in the area and if you know where to go you will see monkeys all the time. We have adopted a Balinese Himalayan Persian Kitten that the vet warned us about keeping her indoors because monkeys are stealing cats all the time around Bali. But, if you are looking for best monkey spots in Uluwatu, the best spots to safely spot a monkey are on Padang Padang Beach - On the walk down to Padang Padang Beach, within the amazing cliffs you may spot a monkey or two (so beware of loose items as they do steal). But later on the beach as it cools and the sun starts setting, watch those cheeky monkeys as they come down to the beach from the cliffs. My best tip: sit in the middle of the beach and not at the sides as they are buggers and those sat close to the cliffs get their bags snatched. A safer spot to my mind - When it starts cooling after 3pm along the roadside on the road to Melasti Beach you will spot monkeys sat on the side railing and side walls. Quite often you'll see families of monkeys walking together holding tails in covoy along the walls. It's very cute. My Top Tip: Pull over on the scooter to watch them pick and groom each other and go about their day. Another good monkey spot is on the drive into Greenbowl Beach. Take a scooter and ride down to Greenbowl beach to do a little monkey spotting on the go. Greenbowl is virtually empty of people and tourists and so even the drive to it is pretty much deserted. As such you'll definitely see monkeys in their natural habitat there. They are quite often in the road all along the drive, so take care and keep moving if you're a scaredy cat like me ;) 🍽 Eat The Best Indonesian Nasi Gorgeng or Indonesian Food at a Local Warung There are many local warungs throughout the whole of Uluwatu that you should try. Enjoy a nasi goreng, mie goreng or my favourite nasi campur. Some warungs are very local extremely cheap and some are catered more towards the tourist. For Bali Belly purposes we avoid really local warungs just because we have kids and take precautions. If it's just myself & Si we're a little more freer in terms of stopping by a local stall on our scooter to grab a quick nasi. Here's our pick of our favourite warungs to eat cheap, delicious, fresh local food. Warung Local When in Balangan you must try Dapur Balangan for really delicious local food by our friend Tison, who was a chef all over the world until he settled back in his home country and opened his own warung. Guys you must try the Beef Rendang there. For amazing prices and truly some of the best local food in Uluwatu. We've not had better! Dine at Cliffside Cafes & Restaurants There's a wide abundance of restaurants in Uluwatu, catering for budget (lot's of local warungs) where you can get a delicious nasi goreng for 50k (£2.22 | US$2.99 | Euro 2.55 | AUS$4.49 above. Mid range restaurants where you can enjoy Western food for 75k per dish as well as lot's of high end restaurants. There's just so much variation. And food is amazing in Uluwatu to be fair. I can't list everything here, but here's some of our stand out places and favourite places to eat in Uluwatu: Wet Plate Kitchen in Balangan - for a restaurant with a vibe. Sit by beautiful wooden open shutters with draping vines and flowers whilst enjoying Asian style food incl. yakitori BBQ, tuna tataki, beef tataki, black cod, Korean noodles, assam scallop curry, Pad Thai and signature cocktails. Theres an open kitchen to watch the hustle of the kitchen and often a live DJ playing vinyl. I personally recommend the black cod, the squid skewers and their take on the famous Northern Thai Koh Soi for when I'm missing Chiang Mai (my favourite place and favourite dish ever). Peyia for Eastern Mediterranean Mezze style dishes and very nice cocktails and decor. We leave the kids at home for this one. This is purely a date night place for us ;-). 📍 Peyia Bali on Maps Single Fin (legendary for sunset drinks) Sundays Beach Club (with a private beach) El Kabron (for Spanish food and infinity views) Tusk Bar and Grill for steaks. We've visited before but actually had our Christmas dinner here and it was bloomin delicious. Excellent cocktail menu and the decor, yep you guessed it... gorgeous! Speaking of steaks if you really enjoy good steak at a great price, we love the Wagyu steaks from Surfers Bar & Grill. This place is easily one of the best steaks you'll have in Uluwatu. It's a small place and not fancy but the steaks speak for themselves and the owners are local and lovely. They really know good steak and how to cook it. A must go for steak lovers above all other places we'd say, for authentic tender very good steak📍Surfers Bar & Grill on the map The best steak in Uluwatu. For price and quality you will not get better For a good breakfast bakery and brunch try Itujua Bakery. They sell amazing cakes and sourdough bread that you can take away. Great bread is hard to find in Bali (well you have to know where to look ;-) and you'll find good bread here and also Bread Man is worth a drive out to near The Pregnant Coconut Cafe. You're welcome! I take my bread quite seriously. And I do not appreciate sugar in bread. Leave it out guys. Welcome to Bali. For a good Italian try Pizzeria Italia 2 (in Ungasan) they also have one in Uluwatu. For authentic Italian food by 3 Italian boys wanting to bring a love of their home to their beloved Bali.📍Pizzeria Italia on Maps For good burgers try The Temple Bar and Grill in Pecatu. For sweet treat cinnamon rolls try Sinamon in Uluwatu or Jimbaran. For a very good takeaway Indian curry try Annapurna in Uluwatu. We've never eaten inside the restaurant but order from here every Friday and it's delicious. You can request dishes from mild, medium, spicy. For takeaway Mexican and Tacos try Juanita Tacos for fresh and zesty Mex food. For authentic fresh Thai try Kats Kitchen. And for a super fancy most breathtaking restaurant for a date night or special occasion it has to be The Cliff in Uluwatu for a restaurant in a cliff. Up there as one of Bali's top restaurants. Tip: If you enjoy fresh seafood and panoramic ocean views head to Jimbaran rather than Uluwatu itself. I'm currently working on The Best Food Guide because we LOVE our food around here and there really are too many amazing places to eat in Uluwatu that it needs a guide on it's own to cover each area within Uluwatu and it's best places in eat area that you will not want to miss! Subscribe to hear when that launches. 🏄♂️ Take a Beginners Surf Class at Padang Padang Beach Uluwatu is a surfer’s dream and many of the beaches are not suitable for beginners. But there are calmer waters, that are perfect for a beginners class. Padang Padang is one of the best beaches to take a surf lesson because it's sheltered cove usually with calmer breaks. Even if you don’t want to surf, watching from the cliffs is an experience in itself. Depending on weather conditions instructors may change the beach for your beginners surf class to a more suitable beach on the day. Not suitable for children under 9 usually. Be warned with Padang Padang beach however: there are a lot of steps down to the beach that strong dads carrying prams might struggle with or little leggies might struggle. It' a spectacular walk down through the rocks and well worth it. Check out our Padang Padang Beach Blog here. A dreamy sunset at Dreamland Beach See The Manta Rays at Nusa Dua It's not far to get to Nusa Dua from Uluwatu and this Manta Ray Nusa Dua Day Trip picks you up from your base in Uluwatu then onto a full day to see the spectacular sights of Nusa Dua including Kelingking Cliff, a day of snorkelling with the manta rays in the blues seas of Nusa Dua aboard a private yacht. A must do whilst in Uluwatu. For a basic snorkel trip to see the Manta Rays check out this tour cheap as anything without the yacht and all the fancy bells and whilstles but with the stars of the show: The Manta Rays! We recently stayed in Nusa Dua for 3 days whilst our Daughter did her Padi Diving Course and share details about that on the blog soon including where we stayed - an amazing villa overlooking the ocean where we ate breakfast looking at the rays! 🌅 Watch a Sunset at the many sunset spots in Uluwatu. This is our top picks of the most beautiful sunsets in Uluwatu. Uluwatu temple (Pura Luhur Uluwatu) is a breathtaking spot for a sunset. Perched on a dramatic cliff edge, this sea temple offers one of the most stunning sunset views in Bali. Stick around for the Kecak Fire Dance. Dreamland Beach gets very beautiful sunsets from right on the beach. 🛍️ Visit Sundaze Sunday Market at Hatch Uluwatu has some great market spots. If you're a fan of a market, be sure to visit Sundaze at Hatch Bar for their pop up local community market every Sunday inside the beautiful Hatch bar location (which is very pretty for photos) and shop from local stalls selling jewellery, clothing, trinkets and souvenirs, local produce etc. Enjoy Uluwatu's Coffee Culture There's no shortage of absolutely gorgeous coffee shops in Uluwatu serving up amazing coffee. Around 2 x per week we head to one to work from as we are all remote workers / digital nomads in this travel family and we usually visit one per week as a treat with Boo (our 9 year old who loves a weekend cake outing). Here's a pick of some of our favourite coffee spots: Ula - our local - head there for dreamy Bali meets Cali decor, big wide open windows and clean healthy food and pressed juices. Plus pretty awesome fresh roasted coffee. Plus lot's of space to do a little online work. 📍Ula on Google Maps The Pregnant Coconut - In Balangan, Uluwatu Bali This swoonsville tropical rustic interiors serving health-focused tropical café offering fresh, natural, and plant-based food. Tip: Pick up your fruit from their mini market whilst you're there. 📍 The Pregnant Coconut on Google Maps For more kid friendly coffee shops in Uluwatu check out our Things To Do in Uluwatu With Kids Guide instead as it's still possible to get your coffee hit whilst keeping the kids happy too. These are coffee shops in the Uluwatu area that are really good for families with kids with playgrounds, workshops and activities to keep the kids entertained.. Cooling down in the rock pools at Balangan. Tip head down from 3pm when the tides going out to discover these gems. 🐚 Laze in the refreshing rock pools at Balangan Beach When the tides out at Balangan Beach you will find vibrant green sea moss and gorgeously refreshing rock pools for you to cool down in. Check out this YouTube Short of Si cooling down in the Balangan Rock Pools. And our full Balangan Beach video here > Take a Helicopter Flight over the Sights of Uluwatu Ok this is a bit fancypants! And we haven't actually done this... yet. But it's something I've always wanted to do and my daring, adrenaline junkie cousin will be visiting us in 2026 and she's suggested taking this helicopter ride in Uluwatu. You can pay by seat or have a private ride depending on budget. A really special thing to do when next in Uluwatu. I'll be sure to share the ins & outs of the experience on the blog. 🥥 Grab a kelapa dingin (cold coconut) at one of the many beach warnings. At Balangan Beach we recommend the Coconut Cafe Shack - a rustic beach shack offering local food, cold coconuts, milkshakes and ice cold beer, perfect for a an afternoon refresher. And by the way if you've been impressed by My Bahasa Indonesian lingo throughout this blog, download my language guide here. We did a language class in Ubud and I wrote everything I learned from that in there so nab it here and make your next trip flow with ease and grace. Our Family Day out To Karma Kandara Beach Club in Uluwatu Bali. After a fun day we watched the sun set on beanbags Visit A Beach Club The South part of the island is famous for it's many beach clubs. Take a pick of your favourite vibe and spend the day at a beach club during your next Uluwatu trip. The main beach clubs in Uluwatu are along the Melasti Beach coast (the very bottom of Bali, where the best beaches are ;-)) and Balangan. We have a comprehensive full guide to Bali's best beach clubs. Here are the best beach clubs in Uluwatu: White Rock Beach Club Karma Kandara Beach Club Tropical Temptations - On Melasti Beach with that instagram infinity pool Savaya Beach Club Klive Beach Club El Kabron Watch a Movie on the Beach at Sundays A memorable experience, that you shouldn't miss. Watching a movie on a beach with the waves lapping in the background as the sun sets. I mean come on! Join Sundays on one of their Movie On The Beach Nights where you bring your own headphones and watch a movie on the big screen with a beautiful beach backdrop. Book your movie tickets here 🏝️ Take a Photo with a Shipwreck at Nyang Nyang Beach Taking a photo with the shipwreck is fun at Nyang Nyang Beach. The beach here is a long stretch of sandy beach, made up of two beaches, Nyang Nyang and Nunggalan, that has plenty of open space for you walk, play frisbee or enjoy a bit of sunbathing, although there is coral here, which means it’s only possible to do shallow dips in the sea. And take water shoes for the kids. The eastern end of Nyang Nyang (Nunggalan) is where you’ll find the remnants of a shipwreck just sitting on the shore. 🌙 Experience Uluwatu’s Nightlife Uluwatu’s nightlife is more laid-back than Canggu or Seminyak, but you’ll find live music, beach parties and big name DJ's as some of the following famous Uluwatu Beach Clubs: Party at Savaya One of the most expensive hangouts in Uluwatu but a spot that has won the title of being up there as one of the top 10 best clubs in the world. That also pulls in a big name DJ. Probably the biggest names. El Kabron Sundays Beach Club, Ungasan Live music, watersports, spa treatments and their Movie On The Beach Night. Karma Kandara Beach Club For more laid back beachy vibes and beautiful Mediterranean decor. 🍕 Stop for Disco Pizza's For kids and pizza lovers and those that are a fan of a disco ball... we have found the best places on the island to eat pizza! Well it's good fun and looks preeeetttyyy. Take a trip out to Disco Pizza in Pecatu, Uluwatu for delicious sourdough pizzas cooked in a disco ball oven and disco balls and sparkle everywhere. 💆♀️ Pamper Yourself at Spa Take self care seriously because YOU Matter. And Bali has a great many very good spa's and some questionable funny ones too! Book a massage or spa treatment with ocean views—perfect after a beach day or surf session. The Uluwatu Spa and Alila Villas Spa are stunning options. And for an authentic Balinese massage I can recommend and personally love Shiki Spa on the Dreamland Road which do 3 strengths of Balinese massage. A must when in Bali. Btw I have medium and I hear the strong is extremely strong here. It's a nice level of not too fancy, but nice to visit and great prices. A local Bali friend who likes his self care recommended this place to me and I'm so glad he did. I go every Friday. See you there! 🧘 Take a Morning Yoga Class Start your day with a morning yoga session in the beautiful grounds of La Tribu. Check out all their other offerings as they do many different types of workshops too. I can also recommend Alchemy Yoga too. Do a Water Purification Melukat Ceremony Taking a Melukat Water Purification Ceremony is one of the most life changing things you can do whilst in Bali. Even though Uluwatu isn't really the place to have a Melukat as a foreigner, because you need a water temple and Ubud is the place for that! But because it's such a 'moment' I really think every Bali holiday should include one. And as the island is very do-able I could not leave this memorable thing off my Ulu list even though it will recquire a trip ooop North. You can still make a day trip to Ubud easily to enjoy a traditional Balinese Water Purification Ceremony. And this is why I've added this to the Uluwatu Guide. Because to not put it on would be missing out a vital piece of Bali (for us anyway). So I hope you forgive me for this not technically 'Ulu' thing. But Bali is so easy to get around (minus the traffic of course! We mostly do one every full moon or just whenever we feel the pull to do so. To cleanse stagnant energy or renew and re-connect with source energy. And I really recommend trying to do one (even if you are in Uluwatu just for a short holiday). This Water Ceremony trip here takes you from Uluwatu to Ubud and the Purification Ceremony at the water temple, then back home to Uluwatu again. If pick up from Uluwatu is no longer available you can easily book a taxi via grab or Gojek up to Ubud (costs around £20 but this varies on the app so check days prices) and then you can still do this tour guide. Make Your Own Silver Jewellery My little puddings making some jewellry. Book onto a silver making class to make a piece of jewellery to take home and treasure your Uluwatu holiday memories forever. Book your Uluwatu Silver Jewellery Making class here. As you can see there's so much to do in this little paradise section of Bali Island. - The Map of Consciousness: A Guide to Raising Your Frequency & Becoming Who You Truly Are
You are not stuck. You are calibrated. Your current reality reflects the frequency you are operating from. When you shift your frequency, your life begins to change. The Map of Consciousness is a scale from 1 to 1000, where every emotional state carries a measurable frequency. Shame (20), Fear (100), Courage (200), Love (500), Peace (600). The Shift Below 200 you operate in force. Above 200 you move into power. Raising your frequency allows you to align with what you desire rather than chase it. Reasons Why You Feel Stuck You cannot receive at a frequency you are not living at. If your baseline state is lower than what you desire, it cannot fully arrive. Why Learning How To Raise Your Frequency is The Real Work The work is raising your frequency through awareness, emotional release, nervous system regulation, and reconnecting with your natural state. Using The Map of Consciousness helps with this. Want to go deeper? Read on... Get my Scale of Consciousness as a PDF Free Printable here Do you feel as though you are meant for bigger things but feel stuck? Feel stuck in an energetic rut that feels sticky and impossible to break through? Understanding the Map of Consciousness, will help you realise the truth that - You are not stuck. You are calibrated. And the belief that you are stuck is what is holding you within that calibration. And once you truly understand that, everything begins to shift. Because the truth is…you’re not blocked from the life you desire. I was constantly keeping myself 'stuck' by holding onto a consciousness or belief systems that believed and formed my identity (a calibration to frequency) that in turn was keeping me blocked, stuck and looping. Getting close to break out and then wham back into a the same calibration loop. Why Understanding frequency is important for Manifesting And understanding this was the first step in my own 'blockage' that was stopping me from stepping into this life. The life I knew I was meant for and that was waiting for me on the other side of said blockage. Truth was, that it took me a long time to realise and understand that I was never blocked. You are not blocked. I / You / We are just calibrated (by design) until the very moment that the penny drops and that realisation that the calibration is a consciousness issue that can be dissolved immediately. You are not stuck. You’re simply not currently operating at the frequency where this other version of you exists. And until you do you will stay calibrated to a life that fits the frequency. Use my map of Consciousness as a tool to help you raise your vibration, whether you are just starting out on a spiritual journey or understand your part in energy, frequency & vibration to help you raise your frequency and step into the power that is waiting. The Map That Changes Everything Exploring human consciousness and truth has been at the core of my own healing, awakening and spiritual journey. And now my main writings on this blog centre around energy, frequency and vibration, The Laws of The Universe and how as energetic beings, it's possible to raise our own vibration to manifest, find our life's purpose and so much more. If this work helps just one person awaken to their truth then I am happy. The Universe IS consciousness. All consciousness is, is vibrational frequency. When we put our intention and awareness behind vibrational frequency, we can actually manipulate the physical world around us with that conscious vibration with our soul, with our consciousness. The universe itself is consciousness. These atomic & subatomic particles are navigated through the vibration of consciousness. Meaning - Consciousness is the driving force behind the physicality of the universe. I've always been fascinated by the spiritual aspects of reality but constantly get pulled back to life life-ing me and needing a science or some kind of logic to give me the permission slip to step into something that is unknown and cannot be seen. We feel vibration and energy and this is why I love to share The Map of Consciousness as a visual tool in seeing your own vibration and in turn helping others understand their role in raising or lowering their own vibration to a better life. One that's waiting for you on the other side. David Hawkins and The Map Of Consciousness I first discovered the work of David Hawkins during my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Neuroscience at The University of Liverpool (way back in the olden days of the early naughty's). And I share my own version here today freely - as your first step into raising vibration. Go Grab Yours Below > This has formed a backing to much of my own journey in raising my vibration to heal from depression and now live the life of my dreams in Bali. Psychiatrist and researcher David Hawkins dedicated his life to studying human consciousness—not as an idea, but as something measurable. What Exactly is The Map of Consciousness? What he created is known as the Map of Consciousness. A scale from 1 to 1000, where every emotional state, every thought pattern, every level of awareness carries a specific energetic frequency. With the Map, Dr. David R. Hawkins laid out the entire spectrum of consciousness, from the lower levels of Shame, Guilt, Apathy, Fear, Anger, and Pride; to Courage, Acceptance, and Reason; all the way up to the more expanded levels of Love, Ecstasy, Peace, and Enlightenment. These "higher" energy fields are a carrier wave of immense life energy. For example: Shame → 20 Guilt → 30 Apathy → 50 Fear → 100 Anger → 150 Courage → 200 Love → 500 Peace → 600 This is not philosophy. This is calibration. The Moment Everything Changes At 200—Courage—you cross a threshold. Below 200, you are operating in force. Above 200, you begin operating in power. Under 200 on The Map Force feels like: Pushing Striving Controlling Surviving Over 200 on the map turns into Power BUT Power feels like: Alignment Flow Clarity Creation Most people are trying to build a life from force. Manifesting from force energy is not impossible but it feels hard. And wondering why it feels so hard. The frequency of Earth has changed recently meaning that the old way of using force and push and struggle is going to get denser and harder, until this way of living is simply not possible. More on New Earth another time (Delores Cannons work will help with understand new earth frequencies). It is possible through mindfulness and awareness and tools such as Meditation, and working with Energy and Vibration to raise our vibration on this scale, by choosing to reach for a different emotion. And applying ourselves to this regular changes our baseline frequency (i.e the frequency that we hold most of the time and not just when we are meditation or doing 'the work' only to step out of that sound bath to drop right back into our pissed off, angry, road raged selves. Relate? Well, this was me. "That which weakens life energy is to be avoided: shame, guilt, confusion, fear, hatred, pride, hopelessness, and falsehood. That which uplifts life is to be realized: truth, courage, acceptance, reason, love, beauty, joy, and peace." –David R. Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D. The map helps us understand the power of positive thinking and its practical applications but not just positive thinking for positive thinking sake. In terms of the energy of thoughts and the frequency that thoughts carry. And choosing the frequency that uplifts over weakens is totally possible. That change doesn't have to be jumping from anger, fear and despair to love and light ommm. It can be simply from reaching for that next best feeling / that next best emotion. So choosing to not react in the energetic ways that we might auto react on. The little swaps mean a lot. Why? Read on... The Scale is NOT Linear. I repeat it IS NOT LINEAR This is What Most People Miss This scale is not linear. It is logarithmic. And this has amazing benefits for anyone working in raising their level. Which basically means each increase in a level of consciousness / emotion (energy-in-motion) represents a tenfold increase in power. So a shift from 200 to 300 isn’t small. It’s huge. Exponential. And this is where things start to make sense. Because you start ntoicing things here a lot in terms of how things are going. Because the things most people desire—love, abundance, healing, peace— exist at calibrations of 500 and above. So if you are operating at 150 on the daily (with depression or just feeling a bit shitty most of the time… or even at a 350… You are not failing. You are simply not on the same frequency of all the wonderful things and feelings that are yours by birthright. Your Stuck operating at a frequency that's low and are receiving back a frequency outcomes that are also low. This is the beating heart of The Universal Law of Vibration. Which directly impacts all of life, including healing, health, wealth, manifestation and just about every aspect of reality. If you are not familiar with The Laws of The Universe (because we're not taught this valuable life changing stuff at school) check out my viral and best work on these laws and why knowing them will change your life. But not before you get to the end of this post and download your free Map of Consciousness. David Hawkins Book ; The Map of Consciousness Explained This Book offers an introduction and deeper understanding of the Map, with visual charts and practical applications to help you heal, recover, and evolve to higher levels of consciousness and energy. Why Manifestation Feels So Hard This is the part that changes everything. You cannot receive at a frequency you are not living at. Not because you’re doing anything wrong. Not because you’re not trying hard enough. But because your state of being determines what you can hold. So you can visualise. Affirm. Journal. Try to stay positive. But if your baseline frequency is still rooted in fear, lack, or control… The manifestations (desires/things you want) won’t land. This is why: Manifestation feels blocked Healing feels slow Life feels like effort Everything isn't in flow and you feel stuck, blocked and just at an ebb of 'what's the point' where nothing seems to work. This is all frequency. But here's where it gets good... You’re Not Broken — You’re Just Calibrated There Read that again: You're not broken, you're just calibrated there. Which also means you can un-calibrate yourself from there. And calibrate somewhere else. And this is important. Because so much of the personal development world makes you feel like something is wrong with you. There isn’t. You’ve just been living at a certain level of consciousness. A Conditioned. Patterned level. Held in place by your nervous system and past experiences that all confirm ton yourself that what you're seeing in your life is true and therefore just 'is'. And what you’re experiencing now…is simply a reflection of that. Use the Map of Consciousness for Effortless Manifestation. So What Is the Work? The work is not chasing the outcome. The want to be healed. The want to be rich. The want to be with your dream significant partner. All outcomes at a future point that you may be focusing energy on chasing. This is the energy of lack which sits very low on the scale of consciousness. The real work is: Raising the field you are operating from right now. That’s it. That’s the whole thing. In short, operating from a conscious awareness that already is all of the above in terms of energy (emotion - your actual realised energy-in -moton moving and fluid from hour to hour). The conscious awareness that already has all of the above in terms of how they feel from hour to hour. This is living in alignment with the frequency of that which you desire. And in sitting within that frequency ( not only do you will feel wonderful), THAT feeling is the frequency. Where even if your reality is not showing any of this phsyical stuff yet the feeling is nice. The stuff isn't the thing. The feeling of IS THE THING! The feeling is the ebergy / frequency. Neville Goddard's work 'Feeling is The Secret' and The Wish Fulfilled is amazing to understand how the end feeling is the only frequency that matters. What Raising Your Frequency Actually Means Raising your frequency isn’t about being “high vibe” all the time. It’s about: Becoming aware of where you are (connected to source energy always, the I Am identity and living from this place) Allowing and releasing stored emotion to feel it, and let it flow Healing your shadow (recognising the parts of you make the whole of you and that all of it is allowed and ok. Shadow work spoiler alert - starts with the consciousness that you need healing, to realising and expanding to a consciousness that you never needed healing at all - that's the work. Because we are an expression of source energy expressing itself as human form - of course there will be all aspects of ourselves, non good or bad, they just are. Allow them, love them. In allowing, self love and forgiveness you heal these shadows and that's a high frequency to reach for on this spiritual journey. Regulating your nervous system (because Earth frazzles our CNS through environment, toxins, distraction, lived experiences that wound us, noise, and the feeling that we are disconnected from Source God). We are not and a calm regulated nervous system connects to that energy. But a frazzled one is too busy trying to survive the day. Reconnecting with your natural state. The truest version of you. Spirit, God Source, Creator of anything/everything if you allow this frequency. Because your true nature is not fear. Although from the moment you were born you have been pumped with fear based thought systems and lived experiences no doubt of pretty stressful and scary fear based experiences. Your true nature is not lack. Although our learned concept that the world has finite resources and that money is a thing to earn. When in fact it is an energy. A consciousness of lack makes us live a life of lack. Your true nature is not survival. Even though we are constantly running on auto pilot, too busy to even think. Too consumed. Too frazzled to feel the calm and cut the chaos. It's really no wonder that we have all felt lost or stuck and feeling like there's more to life. But then life just keeps on life-ing at us. Your true nature is: Love Peace Abundance Connection And when you live in this frequency, your whole frequency lifts to be that of the lowest feeling (say love at 500) which will see you in flow and even tao. And all energies associated with that can start to align if you will allow that in to receive it. Why Your Nervous System Matters You cannot hold a higher frequency however if your body doesn’t feel safe there. This is why people: Expand… then contract Feel good… then drop Grow… then revert One step forwards, two steps back Because their nervous system is still calibrated to the old state. So this work is not just mindset. It’s total embodiment. It’s learning to feel safe in a new level of being. And when your body feels safe, you open the floodgates to receive because the frequency has no choice but to match. How We Actually Shift There are many pathways to raising your frequency. Simple, grounded ones, step by step until you hold the frequency so true and so permantly that the frequency becomes your frequency (you align, embody, ooze if you will this high frequency - all the time. It becomes your identity / who you are): Awareness of your current state Emotional processing Breath work and stillness Conscious daily choices And then there are deeper tools. The ones that work directly with your energy. One of the most powerful and physical of these is: Sound. Why Sound Is So Powerful Everything in this universe is vibration. Sound allows you to shift your state without forcing your mind. It works directly with: Your nervous system Your energy field Your internal rhythm It helps you: Release Regulate Recalibrate And begin to stabilise at a higher level of consciousness. The Solfeggio Frequencies are a wonderful way to calibrate daily to sound frequency's of The Solfeggio Pure Tones for healing, DNA repair, clearing energy blockages, balancing the Chakras and raising vibration. Why Sound Helps Sound works directly with your nervous system and energy field, helping you shift your internal state without force. You don’t attract what you want. You attract what you are calibrated to. So ask yourself: what frequency am I living at — and am I ready to rise? And sound and pure tones can help the body physically calibrate, which helps your overall baseline frequency calibrate too. This Is the Work I Do Over time, I’ve taken the Map of Consciousness from theory… …into something lived. My life in Bali is focused on raising my families vibration and helping others to do the same to step into their version of their own dream life. Something embodied. A pathway. A way of understanding where you are, and consciously moving yourself into a higher field. Not through force. But through awareness, frequency, and integration. Start Here: Your Map If you’re new to this work, the most powerful place to begin is simple: Awareness. Understanding where you are currently operating from. Because once you can see it…you can start to shift it. You are powerful beyond measure. I’ve created a free downloadable Map of Consciousness for you to begin working with. Inside, you’ll be able to: Identify your current emotional baseline Recognise patterns in your life Begin consciously raising your frequency ✨ Download your free map here A New Way of Living You don’t need to force your life to change. You don’t need to chase what you desire. You simply need to become the version of you who is calibrated to it. Because you don’t attract what you want. You attract what you are. So the question becomes: What frequency are you living at right now? And… Are you ready to rise? ✨ If so let's rise together, because you are meant for so much more. I hope you find this map very useful on your frequency journey and as always this blog has been written with love and the sole intention that it resonates with one or many. If it has, please comment to let me know. And also feel free to share to friends or loved ones that you feel will benefit from it. In Service. - What's The Cheapest Way to do a Visa Run in Bali - Bali to Singapore
Accommodation, food and travel tips for keeping costs down in Singapore - whether that's for a visa run (like us) or a well costed city break in one of our favourite cities in the world. 24 Hours in Singapore on a $100 Budget This blog explains how we did our most recent visa run to one of the worlds most expensive and luxury cities (& Fletch's all time fave city) on a shoestring budget and how you can do 24 hours in 'Sensational Singapore' for under $100. Accommodation, food and travel tips for keeping costs down in Singapore - whether that's for a visa run (like us) or a well costed city break in one of our favourite cities in the world. Other popular and cheap visa runs you can do from Bali Of the ones that we have done have included Bali to Kuala Lumpur / Bali to Bangkok, and Ho Chi Minh (Vietnam) but our favourite and the one we keep coming back to is the Bali to Singapore visa run. We've visited Singapore before and love that place. See our YouTube video First Impressions of Singapore here. But this time we were visiting Singapore as part of a visa run from our slow travel home base in Bali to Singapore. We were doing it as a family and we needed it to be as cheap as possible since this was just a visa run rather than a holiday. Expensive Accommodation Versus Cheap Budegt in Singapore This time around, we wanted to see whether Singapore could be done on a shoestring budget. Because quite frankly the last time we visited we broke the bank and didn't stick to any budget opting to stay at The Dorsett Singapore as a family of 4 (which was real nice and cost £900 - which is not sustainable on our budget this was a splurge). This time we were travelling as a family of 3 and wanted to keep costs to a minimum knowing how fast they can spiral in Singapore. Our First Night in a Space Pod Singapore And this time we stayed in space age sleeping pods to really shave costs and we were pleasantly surprised. Read on to find out how we saved $100's on accommodation staying in one of Singapores cheapest beds (These SpacePods). The Visa Run has become our excuse to still enjoy travelling South east Asia, whilst being mostly based in Bali, Indonesia. After 2 years of travelling we got travel fatigued (is that even a thing). It's a place in ones life where you just need a break from travelling, sight seeing and you feel an overwhelming urge to nest or lay down some roots. And it happens whilst you're actually mid travelling. Most full time travel families or solo/couple digital nomads will feel this at some point on their journey. If not at many points. And it's not a moan. Because we chose this life and we feel incredibly lucky to be living this way. But the feeling of travel fatigue for us is kind of like a home sickness but for stillness and staying in one place. We've filled the kids lives with so much travel and sightseeing that we all felt the need and urge to slow things down. Be more present and still on one place with a little bit of travel on the side. And that's how we approach the visa run. It's the right amount of travelling in a 6 month period after so much travelling. Whay is a visa run and why we have to do one every 6 months in Bali Most Countries have a max time a tourist can stay in the country legally until they must exit before returning again. This will all depend on what visa you travel on. For Indonesia the visa rules are strict and we've been on a few different visa's since our travel journey began back in 2024. I can do a post all about the different types of visas we've had if you would like to know this drop me a comment below. But for now in Indonesia Bali, we're staying on an a B12 Family Visa which is a 2 year visa that allows us to stay in Bali for 6 months, where we have to exit Indonesia, before we can return and get another 6 months stay permit. This works for us as a family and gives us the perfect excuse to travel to another South east Asian Country to explore at a pace that allows settled life with a blob of travel. For more information about how the B12 works drop me a comment and I can do a full visa post about this. Visa runs are a temporary tool. They are not a long-term residency plan. But for us, this type of visa allows us to try Bali before we commit to a longer term life plan of where we want to settle. At the moment we're happy travelling, exploring and looking at investment options. How We Decided on Singapore for this budget Bali to Singapore Visa run Because we have to do a visa run, we mostly decide on where to travel to based on how cheaply we can get flights around that time. Almost every time the cheapest flights that come up are to Singapore. Which is fab because Singapore is bloomin amazing and why wouldn't you want to visit Singapore. Why Singapore is our favourite visa run country from Bali Singapore is one of the best visa run destinations from Bali in our opinion because of the high frequency of flights with low costs with budget carriers like AirAsia or Scoot. We flew with AirAsia and the short flight time (~2h 15m) makes it ideal for a quick in & out or as we do a 1-2 day stay. If you're flexible with dates, you can often pick up a bargain flight from Bali to Singapore. Although another option is to fly or get the boat to Batam, then take the ferry to Singapore for a cheap, alternative route, which can be fun alternative adventure. For ease we prefer to fly. The Downside of Singapore for a Visa run BUT we have found our Singapore trip costs to spiral with a family of 4 and so we're always on the lookout for how we can budget. And the biggest killer to Singapore for us has been the accommodation. Overall public transport and MRT train travel is mega cheap, food can be mega cheap if you know where to look (think Hawker Centres for amazing quality freshness & prices, little India and picnics with a view), and there's so much free stuff to do there, especially with kids, with amazing walks and parks, that you really do not have to spend much if you are happy just pottering around, walking and soaking up the feel of the place. Which we love the feel of the city after having Bali island life. But finding cheap hotels in Singapore really kills our budget. Is This The Cheapest Accommodation in Singapore? But this time we think we've cracked how to Singapore on the cheap as your next visa run. And whilst we have to accept this is not luxury. This is definitely the best way to do Singapore on a total budget. They're clean and do the job. And were way better than we were expecting. Best of all they are totally do-able for a family with kids (so long as the kids are old enough to know to whisper and be aware of their noise) as the pods are in shared dorms. So they really are a lights off, head down kind of set up with no talking between 11pm-8am to be respectful to others. Our Mr Boo was 9 years old at the time of staying and fully on board with the adenture and chance to sleep in a Matrix pod. We spent 2 nights staying in These Singapore Space Pods where this double pod and a single pod cost £108 in total for our 2 nights stay. Amazing! These kind of costs are unheard of for us as a family. Especially in a city. Especially in the best city in the world (Fletch's personal favourite). The best thing about these pods was their price (obvs) and next their location, just across the road from the MRT station. And the choice of jazzy lights that you can choose. Meaning that during our 2 night visa stay, we were never far from any of the awesome areas and amazing sights to stop at in the whole of Singapore. The MRT is a super cheap way to get around the main spots of Singapore and you can hop on and off all day long with a tap of your phone or debit card each journey. P.S we never pay for a taxi from the airport to our onward stay. The MRT saves us big here everytime and it's super easy to navigate. Our Bali Singapore Visa Run Costs: Flights £113 return from Denpasar to Changi Airport Space Pods £108 (that's for 2 pods for 2 nights - you could easily cut this cost in half plus some more by staying 1 night and having just the 1 pod as a solo traveller or couple. Since we're a family we have to pay for these bloody extra humans we made. Beds were comfortable and better than expected. As a guide: A double pod is spacious enough for a couple. The single pod is spacious enough for a man. Pods come with free wifi and air con. You get free towels to use, toilet roll supplied, clean but basic shower facilities. These are shared but have lockable doors and are very private. Although 2 of us couldn't have a poo there because we felt too shy. Even better the pods come with self serve washing machines in a shared area which give a great chance if backpacking to get all your washing done for free. I personally would have loved this during our early travel adventures where we travelled with big rucksacks filled with smelly clothes. MRT travel costs - £12 (incl transfer from airport to the pods and constant travel over 3 days, as well as travel to the airport to fly home) for family of 3. I mean COME ON! How good is this. Food £20 a day to eat whatever dishes you like at a Hawker Centres. The only way to eat imo in Singapore. As a family of 3, eating delicious food, seeing amazing sights and getting a good night rest somewhere safe, clean and central and for us this trip is a win for a cheap and AMAZING visa run. As a single person or couple... well you're winning and can expect to half these costs. Water is free in Singapore as you can drink the tap water. Hooray. Fill up your bottles before leaving for the day. My 3 Best Tips for getting the most out of these cheap Singapore pods: I'm gonna put it out there - but these are actually brilliant tips. Take ear plugs (we didn't need them the first time we stayed. But if you get noisy travellers, the pods are in shared dorms and ear plugs make sense. We found this out on the second stay. BUT we were already prepared. Get all your washing done whilst there! They have a washing machine in the bathroom area and this is definitely an excellent idea to utilise if you have been travelling for a while and are a little on the stinky side. Singapore is beautiful and clean. You can walk past people and they all smell so lovely. So if you're smelly traveller (like us!) this is your chance to be the person you've always wanted to be. One of those clean people that smell so lovely when they walk past you!! Dream big guys! Get your morning coffee on the cheap from the 7 Eleven type concenience store accross the road. Winning. Si ran out in the morning to get us our morning coffee whilst I was waking. Ok it's not the Marina Bay Sands, but by Gosh did that coffee go down well in the pod as we woke. Cheap as anything. Decent enough. Then you can be on your way exploring for the day. We can't do anyhting without coffee in the morning so if you're like us, this will keep you alive. Your welcome. So to conclude: The fact that we could do a family visa run for under £600 was a total win for us and something we'll be doing again as our next 6 month trip approaches. Ask me any questions if I can help you decide on your next Singapore trip I'm here for it. And drop me a comment below if you have stayed here - how did you find it? Would you stay again? Happy exploring! The free night time light show at The Gardens By The Bay is a must. Showings at 8:45pm & 9:45pm each night. Entry Free. Get off at MRT Stop Gardens By The Bay and follow signs for The Super Trees
- Understanding the Pineal Gland: How To Decalcify a Calcified Pineal Gland
This is a foundational overview of some recent work I've been doing into Energy or Vibration and the third eye and the pineal gland that I find utterly fascinating. I did a Psychology and Neuroscience BSc Degree at Uni, so you could say I'm a bit of a nut when it comes to understanding the brain. But I take the stance that the spiritual realm and what we don't know is at the key to unlocking and understanding our true potential, rather than the stuff science tell us that we do know - which is nothing btw). I share more detailed posts and deep dives as we continue our journey on living a high vibrational life, raising our frequency and keeping our pineal glands decalcified as we begin our new life in Bali (we're selling everything to travel full time with our kids), but it all starts with an introduction. An easy read if you like when it comes to subjects of our very being, the pineal gland that truly govern our existence. This journey began as an intention to live a more meaningful and fulfilled life as a family. One that was based on an abundant mindset, living a happy life, doing what we love. For a long time we've felt as though we are not doing what we are supposed to be doing. We have ran our own busy businesses for the last 15 years, which kept us busy and trapped in our own rat race. When covid hit, it forced us to ask ourselves deeper q's about life and the direction we were going in. We realised that something had to change. Something had to give. We started working on ourselves, taking our internal health seriously, which opened up our true manifesting abilities and living an abundant dream life (that was only 2 years ago, just that, an unattainable 'dream'). I put this down to raising vibrations, decalcifying our pineal glands to connect to our higher selves and alchemise for abundance and creation. And if I'm truly honest with myself, I believe it all started in 2020 with the decision to tun off the news. A simple physical act that stopped the bombardment of fear flooding into our house. Whilst friends consumed the news greedily buying into every fact told (or lie depending on your world view), we consumed only what felt right. If it 'felt' right we went with it. Feeling was our indicator not what we were being told. Once we were not living in a cloud bubble of fear, starting to see clearly was easier and life was never the same for us again. For the last 2 years we've been living from the heart as opposed to the head. Asking ourselves deep questions and listening as closely as we could to what our hearts felt was right. Living within the Laws of The Universe. Asking the Universe questions and getting answers. It's been a journey so far. And as I go down the rabbit hole further I learn more and more and find it easier to listen to this inner intuition that we all have, but have somehow lost in the chaos of busy life. And mis-information our system has taught us. For the last 2 years we've been living with decalcified pineal glands and an open third eye. But that's not to say that it doesn't close over and requires us time and time again to dig deeper and go back within. Knowing about the pineal gland and how looking after it's health is the first step into living a more connected life. Just knowing about the pineal gland can awaken help us live a better and more fulfilled life. The fact that you are here, shows that you are already on your way to activating the pineal gland. A journey of self discovery and actualizing our higher potential. In this blog post, we’ll explore what the pineal gland is, how the ancients viewed the pineal gland, what a calcified pineal gland is, its potential implications, and ways to maintain pineal health, decalcify and activate. Then, we’ll explore traditional methods for pineal gland activation, or what’s often called “opening your third eye.”: What is The Pineal Gland Pineal Gland - what is this tiny gland in the brain - The pineal gland, a small grain of rice in size, no bigger than pea-sized endocrine organ located deep within the centre of the the brain. The pineal gland is shaped like a pine cone – where it gets its name (in Latin, pinea means “of the pine” or “covered in pines”). If you touch in between the eyebrows (the third eye) and focus behind that to a more central location inside the brain - it's there. The Pineal Glands Purpose The Pineal gland plays a crucial role in regulating sleep patterns and the reception and processing of light, the circadian rhythms, aging and the production of melatonin (a powerful antioxidant). Descartes called the pineal gland the “principal seat of the soul and the place in which all our thoughts are formed.” The Pineal Gland Location Pineal Gland - where is the pineal gland located in the brain - located deep within the brain in between the 2 hemispheres inside the epithalamus. If we were to cut the brain in half sliced down the middle of the 2 sides (the 2 hemispheres right and left) we'd have a lump inside that was neither left nor right (that's the epithalamus). The epithalamus is located in the diencephalon, or forebrain. If you touch in between the eyebrows (where the third eye is), close your eyes and focus behind that to a more central location inside the brain - it's in there there. Sharing space with the habenular nuclei and the stria medullaris. The Pineal Gland is part of the sympathetic nervous system and controls the sleep-wake cycle (the Circadian rhythm), and, with it's mates (the habenular and stria medullaris) they collectively, connect the limbic system to parts of the brain. The pineal gland is a part of a subsystem called the “photoendocrine system.” Regulating the Circadian rhythm and emotions. Melatonin is the chief chemical produced and circulated by the pineal gland. The pineal gland plays a huge role in the production and distribution of melatonin. How the Ancients Viewed The Pineal Gland. There are hundreds of accounts written by ancient cultures all over the world on the esoteric and anatomical mysteries on the precious pineal gland. And, although modern scientists have observed how the pineal gland secretes essentials like melatonin, serotonin and DMT (the spirit molecule) many of its roles remain a mystery. 17th century philosopher + scientist René Descartes, dedicated much time to the study of the pineal gland. He represented it as a Pinecone, a sacred symbol throughout history in almost every culture around the world and coined it as "principal seat of the soul". Ancient Assyrian carvings, dating back to 713-716 BC depict four-winged God-like figures using a pinecone to polinate their depiction of the Tree of Life. In Greek and Roman history. Dionysus, was continually depicted carrying a "Thyrsus," a fennel staff woven with ivy and leaves and topped with a pinecone. In Catholic traditions, The Egyptian Staff of Osiris, dating back to 1224 BC, depicts two intertwining serpents The Coat of Arms of the Holy See, found on the Vatican flag among other places, features a stacking of three crowns in shape to a pinecone. Tribute to the Pinecone's immortality symbolism. Rising up to meet at a pinecone. Buddhists all throughout history have shaped their hair into the pinecone shape to pay honour to the pineal gland's powers. Mexican god "Chicomecoatl" ("Seven Snakes 🐍 ") depicts the deity offering forth pinecones in one hand, and an evergreen tree in the other. Indian deity "Kundalini" depicted as coiled serpents rising up from the base of the spine to the Third Eye (Pineal Gland) in the moment of enlightenment. What Is Pineal Gland Calcification? As we age, the pineal gland can undergo changes, one of which is calcification. Calcification of the pineal gland refers to the accumulation of calcium deposits within the gland. This process is often seen as a natural part of aging, similar to how other tissues in the body can become calcified over time. Studies suggest that calcification is prevalent, with many individuals over the age of 30 showing signs of it on medical imaging. But not just age. We are seeing almost all people having calcified pineal glands because of the their exposure to things in their environments and diets. Causes of Calcification While the exact cause of pineal gland calcification isn’t entirely understood, several factors are believed to contribute: Age: Calcification tends to increase with age. Research indicates that older individuals are more likely to have calcified pineal glands. Environmental Factors: Exposure to fluoride and certain chemicals has been linked to increased calcification. Some studies suggest that fluoride can accumulate in the pineal gland, potentially leading to calcification. Diet and Lifestyle: High levels of sugar, processed foods, and lack of nutrients may play a role in the health of the pineal gland. Genetics: Genetic predispositions can also influence the likelihood of calcification. Potential Implications of Calcification The implications of a calcified pineal gland are still a topic of ongoing research. While some studies have suggested a correlation between calcification and various health issues, such as sleep disorders and altered melatonin production, conclusive evidence is still lacking. Sleep Disturbances: Since the pineal gland is integral to melatonin production, calcification may potentially disrupt sleep patterns. Individuals with a calcified gland might experience difficulty in maintaining regular sleep cycles. Mood and Mental Health: There’s ongoing research into the relationship between pineal gland health and mood regulation. Some studies suggest that disturbances in melatonin levels could be linked to anxiety and depression. Endocrine Disruption: The pineal gland is part of the endocrine system, and calcification could impact hormone regulation, although more research is needed to understand this relationship fully. How to Activate the Pineal Gland Guided steps for activation: Activate your third eye through pineal gland meditation, third eye meditation and dietary adjustments. How To Decalcify the pineal gland? Steps to Decalcify the Pineal Gland While research on decalcifying the pineal gland is still emerging, many lifestyle changes and natural remedies can potentially support its health. Here are several strategies to consider: 1. Reduce Fluoride Exposure Use Filtered Water: Invest in a good water filter that removes fluoride. Look for activated charcoal or reverse osmosis systems. We use the Kangen Water System. Natural Dental Products: Choose fluoride-free toothpaste and mouthwash to minimise fluoride intake. 2. Adopt a Healthy Diet Increase Antioxidant-Rich Foods: Foods high in antioxidants can help combat oxidative stress. Incorporate berries, leafy greens, nuts, and seeds into your diet. Also specific pineal gland plants that are good for brain health really help to add into your daily meals and drinks (see below store cupboard ingredients list). This Traditional Balinese Tumeric Elixir recipe is perfect. Limit Processed Foods: Reduce intake of sugary snacks, fast food, and processed items. Focus on whole, unprocessed foods. Include Healthy Fats: Omega-3 fatty acids found in fish, flaxseeds, and walnuts can support brain health. Eating Known ingredients that help decalcify the Pineal Gland. Or by taking a pineal brain supplement such as this Pineal Awakening Premium supplement combining ultra-pure Himalayan Shilajit with proprietary "Pineal Activation Stack" designed to decalcify and activate the pineal gland (the "third eye") with those exact ingredients in. 3. Get Enough Sunlight Daily Sun Exposure: Aim for at least 20 minutes of sunlight exposure daily to help regulate melatonin production. Morning sunlight is especially beneficial. Vitamin D: Ensure adequate vitamin D levels through sunlight or supplements, as it plays a role in regulating the pineal gland. 4. Minimize Electromagnetic Exposure Limit Screen Time: Reduce the use of electronic devices, especially before bedtime. Create a Tech-Free Zone: Designate areas in your home as tech-free zones, particularly your bedroom. 5. Detox from Heavy Metals Use Chelating Agents: Consider natural chelating agents like cilantro and chlorella, which may help detoxify heavy metals from the body. Regular Detoxification: Engage in periodic detoxification protocols, such as juice cleanses or fasting, but consult a healthcare professional first. 6. Meditation and Mindfulness Practice Meditation: Regular meditation can enhance your intuition and overall mental clarity. Techniques like mindfulness meditation can help reduce stress, which may benefit the pineal gland. Specifically third eye meditations and pineal gland visualisation meditations. Breathing Exercises: Deep breathing exercises can promote relaxation and better oxygenation of the brain. 7. Supplement Wisely Melatonin Supplements: If you're experiencing sleep disturbances, melatonin supplements can help regulate sleep patterns. Consult with a healthcare provider for appropriate dosages. B Vitamins and Magnesium: These vitamins play a role in brain health and may support the function of the pineal gland. 8. Yoga Pineal Gland / third eye poses: Certain yoga poses can help stimulate and activate this gland, enhancing its function and promoting mental clarity. Here are 7 effective poses for the Pineal Gland to incorporate into your practice. These specific poses in yoga that focus on the third eye which can be beneficial for keeping this chakra and the pineal gland healthy. Foods like leafy greens, nuts, seeds, and fatty fish are excellent choices. Hydration: Drinking plenty of water helps flush out toxins that could contribute to calcification. Some suggest using filtered water to reduce exposure to harmful substances. Limit Fluoride Exposure: Consider reducing your fluoride intake by choosing fluoride-free dental products and filtering your drinking water. Sunlight Exposure: Natural light helps regulate circadian rhythms and melatonin production. Aim for daily sunlight exposure, especially in the morning. Mindfulness and Relaxation: Practices like meditation and yoga can help reduce stress and promote overall well-being, which may positively influence sleep patterns. Conclusion A calcified pineal gland is a common occurrence, especially as we age, and while it may have some implications for health, more research is needed to fully understand its effects. - 15 Powerful Pineal Gland Decalcifiers
Helping You To Unlock Your Inner Vision. Today, I head out to a local market in Bali Indonesia, as I'm on the hunt for the 15 ingredients that we can't live without when it comes to decalcifying the pineal gland. We've been in Bali for 2 years now and have had these ingredients in drips and drabs. I like to have an apothecary full of these things so I can make my Pineal Potion, Heavy Metals Detox Shakes, Toxin Smoothie's, Blissful Sleep Moon Milks and we've been drinking far too much coffee during the day, I want to get back to sipping reishi tea (with a few magic ingredients) all to keep us on our spiritual path (that, yes life throws us off - even in Bali - a magical place). Life happens. The importance of any practice is awareness and noticing when things have gotten off track or you're feeling off kilter. And this is the time for me. I know that these power ingredients are around in Bali. Most of them are grown in this climate and location, so I know that I can get the freshest ingredients. It's just that they're not packaged up and marketed in a way that we have back in the UK. I have to go local. I have to go to market and get brave with speaking the language and asking around. It's the way Bali works. You don't get anywhere without asking for help and fact finding the information from elders and people that already know. Until one day you know and are the one that people come to to ask. But I'm up for the challenge. Armed with my Pineal Gland Shopping List that I made (for you to print this off yourself, share on your socials or save to photos on your phone to use as a shopping list yourself). Most of these ingredients will be readily available in the West at places like Amazon or your local health store. But from me, today, I'm on a mission in Bali. I'll let you know how I get on sourcing these. And what I plan to do with them when I get back. I like to make lotions and potions around here! But if you can't source these ingredients this Ancient Himalayan Formula contains most of what you need in one capsule. Including the ultra-pure Himalayan Shilajit which is not on my shopping list because I can not get that here. Ironic really seeing as though we're not so far from Tibet. My History With The Pineal Gland? Back in my undergraduate days, where I studied the brain at length during my neuroscience lectures, (I have an old degree in Psychology + Neuroscience from the early 2000's), the pineal gland was a briefly touched upon subject relating the the wider Limbic System. Pretty much a one day lecture never, really to be mentioned again. I intuitively knew back then that what I was being taught wasn't what I was hoping I'd be being taught. You see, I saw education as a gift back then. And I still do. But the types of schools I was hoping to get educated at just didn't exist back then. Or they did but they were buried so deep for me that I didn't know that they existed. I saw education as a way to get out of the situation of a shitty hand of life that you may have been dealt (my situation) and I grabbed hold of this learning with both hands and pursued 'the gift of education'. I closed off from my intuitive feelings to pursue my goal based, results driven path that I knew was the key to this better life. Little did In know that the answers were all in me. As they are in you. It's a matter of where you go to school. Incidentally, once I reverse this way of thinking, switched from living a mind based, goal led, results driven (and miserable - depressed) existence and started to go within, meditate, connect to my intuition, live from the heart space, awaken the third eye and go through a whole healing / awakening and then spiritual awakening journey, did my dreams start to unfold and information that was meant for me started finding me. In the way of downloads from the sun and people that I was meant to meet. Mine was awakening education. When I'd all but given up on learning. This is the Universes way. What is the Pineal Gland? The pineal gland, often referred to as the third eye or the seat of the soul, is a gateway to higher consciousness, intuition, and spiritual awakening. I knew it back then as a little un-meaningful blob at the middle of the brain, not needing to be studied or remembered for an exam. What I now know is that pretty much everything we're told is not important is actually important. What is actually bad for you so stay away, is actually mostly probably good for you. And that "conspiracy theories" mostly always are based on truth (in the end). So these life truths become flipped on their head once you have an awakening. Physically, the pineal gland is a small, pea-sized endocrine organ located deep within the brain. It plays a crucial role in regulating sleep patterns and circadian rhythms through the production of melatonin. Why is the Pineal Gland So Important Spiritually? The pineal gland is perhaps one of THE most important things to know about when it comes to your awakening or raising consciousness journey. View your pineal gland as the cosmic antenna. However, most people have a calcified pineal gland. Modern life can cause this sacred gland to become calcified, preventing us from tapping into our full potential. But nature always provides and there are ways that we can de-calcify the pineal gland over time. What is a Calcified Pineal Gland? Calcification of the pineal gland refers to the accumulation of calcium deposits within the gland. This process is often seen as a natural part of aging, similar to how other tissues in the body can become calcified over time. But the western lifestyle that we live, can also accelerate pineal gland calcification. Including our exposure to toxins, metals in the air and food and drink that we eat. High levels of sugar, processed foods, and lack of nutrients play a role in the health of the pineal gland. Exposure to medicines, fluoride and certain chemicals have been linked to increased calcification. There's a full blog post about this here. How To Decalcify Your Pineal Gland? If you take a look through my photo feed, I have far too many photos of smoothie bowls. Anyone would think I am a crazy lady obsessed with smoothie bowls. And they would be right. I make my own at home in Bali every morning but in the hot temps I actually crave a smoothie bowl during the day too when we're out and about and I scour all areas of the globe in search for the best acai bowls. It's kind of my thing. Whether we're in Mexico, Bali or Ibiza. In fact we're in Barcelona right now for a summer break on our way to New York and the first thing I hunted out was a smoothie bowl shop. Yep! And Since Bali is where we are based (we're building our home there and while that happens we are travelling as much of the world as we can before heading back to Bali to oversee the rest of the build) - as such, it would be a crime to Bali if I didn't share THIS place with you right in Ubud. The budget goes a lot further in Bali that it does in the UK, and we eat out most evenings, but breakfast is one of the meals that we wanted to help the budget with and for the convenience of being at home in the mornings, it means the kids can wake when their bodies are ready and theres no mad rush to get out of the house for food... or anything... since we worldschool / homeschool. BUT Sunday was an exception. Our little Mr Boo turned 8! And since food is the way to his little beating heart, we planned a total foodie day for him. It's deep intense colour means it's packed with antioxidants, see my blog about The Health Benefits of The Dragon Fruit . All fruits and veggies that are intense in colour are the highest in antioxidants. And as we journey on our quest for high frequency living in Bali, there's a reason why our bodies have been shouting out for the queen of fruits; The Buah Naga (Indonesian for Dragon Fruit - Buah= fruit Naga= dragon). I change things up for the toppings. I have a smoothie bowl toppings bar in the kitchen, filled with supplies from the Market, Bali Buda and other wholefood places in Bali. Little sidey note: You don't have to have access to an abundance of fresh dragon fruits to hand to be able to make my Dragon Fruit Delight Bali Bowl. You can buy the dried powdered stuff in health food stores and amazon to add into your smoothie bowl mixture for the same health benefits (and pink colour.... cos that's really why we're eating it amiriiiiite!).
