A daily grounding meditation — a few minutes to return to the present moment, root into your body, and reconnect with the steady, loving energy of the Earth… and your own power. Made for beginners or those that struggle to make time for meditation. Let’s begin today with 5 minutes.
5 minutes to ground. 5 minutes to just sit and be in the present moment. Let my voice guide you as you settle into the meditation.
If this is your first time meditating or you are new to meditation this is for you. A gentle 5 minute guided meditation that relaxes and anchors you to your presence. If thoughts creep in whilst doing this meditation, that's ok, your awareness of them is all you need at this stage. Notice the thought and gently allow yourself the permission to release the thought and let it go. And bring your attention back to my voice. This is only 5 minutes of your day where you can allow any thoughts space to wait. This is your time to connect and ground to your energy and that of the Earth. I hope you love this meditation. Let me know in the comments. Namaste Fletch x
NOTES: This is specifically made for beginners with frequency embedded Solfeggio frequencies to help anybody no matter how little experience or how much they struggle to meditation ease into meditation and allow themselves to ALLOW the time to ease in. We often subconsciously block ourselves as beginners and then give up. This is the 5 minute permission slip that beginners need to allow themselves to slip into their meditation practice. All is needed is to give this meditation just 5 minutes of your attention. Find a quiet place where you won't be distracted. Lie down or sit upright (whichever feels comfortable) and listen to the sounds and my voice. Notice the sensations the music has on your body and let my voice taken you into your body and down through the ground in a gentle non woo woo, no fluff or nonsense way. Feel free to use this meditation anytime any day to ground yourself before beginning your longer meditation.
