What is an I AM Meditation for?
I've intentionally created this I AM meditation to help you shift from who you’ve been told you are… to who you truly are. By repeating positive “I AM” statements - like:
I am worthy
I am safe
I am aligned
I am abundant
The I Am Meditation is really quite a simple one. It embody's everything that you already are. It's been designed to help you remember. You are already everything that an I Am Meditation says, but I wonder how far away you feel from each of the statements? Depending on where you are in your own healing, spiritual or manifesting journey this answer will look different for each. And for some, if you were like me, living from the mind then you may not relate to ANY of these statements, because they do not show in your life to re-enforce themselves. And so you may see them as being wholly un-true. And this was where I was at at the very beginning of my awakening journey. The fact that I didn't relate to any of the below is completely ironic because of the everything nature that I AM is, and yet I did not see how any of them could relate to the identity I was holding of myself. And many I work with are the same.
But then it's no wonder that we've forgot our true nature. Because from the very moment we were born we've been exposed to programmes, toxins, coding and patterns to stop this remembering from ever taking place. And this is why the I AM meditation is one of the most powerful tools we have. It brings you back to the truth of the I AM identity that you were all along. Once you start using the I AM meditations, you will begin to realign your thoughts, emotions, and energy with your higher self. A place of remembering. They may spark something in you that 'feels' right. Once you know the truth of your real identity, then life is never the same again. From a healing perspective, a quality of life perspective, a manifesting perspective. This is what you'll hear termed as the True Self or The I AM Self Concept and you are guided by your Higher Self.
Why do I AM Meditations work? 3 Things:
When practiced consistently, this kind of meditation does three powerful things:
1. Reprograms the Mind - Most of us walk around with outdated beliefs like “I’m not good enough,” or “I can’t have what I want.” This I AM meditation gently overwrites these patterns with truths that reflect your aligned self.
What you repeat, you begin to believe.
What you believe, you begin to embody.
2. Raises Your Emotional Vibration - Each “I AM” statement generates a feeling in the body. Saying 'I am peaceful' can actually create a sense of peace within the body. Saying 'I am powerful' can reconnect you to your strength. These emotional shifts bring you into energetic alignment with what you want to create. Emotions carry a vibration. We want to step into the emotions of our higher self or this truthful reality of the I AM. To be able to live like the I AM and create and awesome life = manifesting (see below)
3. Activates Your Manifestation Power - When you align with “I AM” identity statements, you step into the version of you who already 'is' what you’re becoming. You’re not waiting for things to change - you’re becoming the change.
This is the secret to manifesting from alignment: being it, now.

I am in tune with my highest self.
I am safe to be who I really am.
I am open to healing and truth.
I am aligned with love, clarity, and purpose.
I am becoming more of who I was born to be.

Print out this free affirmation statement below. Put it somewhere you will see it first thing in the morning to read out. Just saying the words silently or loud carry a frequency that you can be in. Carry these throughout the day. An instant hack to change the frequency of your thoughts if you find yourself being pulled into the thinking ego mind (which is basically all of us , all day long) This mindful activity just brings us back to ourselves.

I AM meditations are not just affirmations - they are reminders of your true identity. Let that sink in. Your true identity. Realise this identity to heal with ease, manifest with ease because this is your birth right.

I AM Meditation for Healing (A Gentle, nurturing meditation– less than 5 mins per day with music)

Welcome...
I invite you to close your eyes. Take a moment to relax, Let go of any expectations for this meditation. Let go of any lingering thoughts and things you must do. And become more present in this present moment. Where all you are doing is being here in the present moment. Here.
Breathe deeply into your belly.
Inhale calm…
Exhale tension…
As you become more and more present with each breath in. Notice that the mind has a tendency of thinking, remembering, projecting, grasping. Constantly grasping at thoughts and ideas. All of these are coming and going like clouds in the sky. Into and out of your awareness. But I invite you to ask yourself: What is it that is aware of all of these element? Who is it that's conscious of all of the thoughts moving?
If you notice yourself grasping at a thought. Simply release it. Let it go. And become aware of what or who is aware.
Notice that even though the thoughts may come and go like clouds, that you let go and new thoughts might come in. Is that IT does not change. The observer that is aware of all of your thoughts. The silent watcher who is conscious of the thought clouds.
IT is the only thing that is constant amongst all of these thoughts. Meet your true self. This is your true self. That sits there.
Let your body soften. Let your heart open.
Notice what IT notices and notice that even thought the thoughts may change form and shape as you choose to release them. IT remains constant and still. This is purely your being. The essence of who you are.
Now repeat slowly in your mind, or speak softly aloud:
I am safe to feel.
I am allowed to rest.
I am healing, one breath at a time.
I am more than my pain.
I am worthy of love - especially from myself.
I am releasing what no longer serves me.
I am forgiving myself gently.
I am becoming whole again.
I am held. I am healing. I am enough.
Let each word land in your body.
Notice where it settles.
Breathe into that space.
Stay here for as long as you need…
I AM Meditation for Manifestation (An Empowering meditation – less than 5 mins per day with music)
🎧 Best used: in the morning, before setting intentions, or when visualizing your goals.
Welcome to today's empowering meditation for Manifestation.
Sit or stand tall for this meditation. However feels most comfortable for you.
I invite you to close your eyes. Take a moment to relax, Let go of any expectations for this meditation. Let go of any lingering thoughts and things you must do. And become more present in this present moment. Where all you are doing is being here in the present moment. Here. Anything else that you have to do today can be done after this meditation. You have nothing to do at this moment other than to be. To be here right now in this present moment.
Take a deep breath deep into your belly.
Inhale calm…
And Exhale tension…
Inhale positive energy...
Release negative energy...
Inhale this present moment and notice your lungs fill with air...
Release any thoughts of the past as the air passes your lips on it's way out...
Inhale this moment allowing yourself to notice your body as your breath in and the air fills every part of your body...
Release...
As you become more and more present with each breath in. Notice that the mind has a tendency of thinking, remembering, projecting, grasping. Constantly grasping at thoughts and ideas. All of these are coming and going like clouds in the sky. Into and out of your awareness. But I invite you to ask yourself: What is it that is aware of all of these elements? Who is it that's conscious of all of the thoughts moving?

IT is the only thing that is constant amongst all of these thoughts. Meet your true self. This is where your true self sits. And if you find your awareness or focus drifting onto thoughts bring your awareness back to this central point. The you within. The you without labels or ideas or concepts.
Let your body soften. Let your heart open.
Notice what IT notices and notice that even though any thoughts that creep in change form and shape as you choose to release them. IT remains constant and still.
This is purely your being. The essence of who you are.
Now repeat slowly in your mind, or speak softly aloud:
Feel the energy rising in your spine.
Place a hand on your heart or solar plexus.
Breathe in possibility…
Exhale self-doubt…
Now repeat:
I am a magnet for aligned opportunities.
I am clear, I am focused, I am ready.
I am already becoming the version of me who has it.
I am deserving of abundance, love, and joy.
I am aligned with the energy of receiving.
I am trusting divine timing.
I am powerful beyond measure.
I am co-creating with the universe.
I am already living it now.
Visualize your desire as already real.
Feel the joy of it. Smile into it.
Anchor it in with one final breath.
I am it. It is me. We are one.
I AM Meditation for Alignment & Purpose (A Centering meditation – less than 6 mins per day)

Take a deep breath.
Come home to yourself.
Let the noise of the outside world fade.
Place one hand on your heart. One on your belly.
Feel your presence. Feel your truth.
Now gently repeat:
I am aligned with my truth.
I am connected to my purpose.
I am guided by inner wisdom.
I am saying yes to what lights me up.
I am saying no to what no longer fits.
I am here to live, not just exist.
I am walking the path that was made for me.
I am living in integrity with who I am.
I am alignment in motion.
Let these words become your compass.
Breathe into their direction.
Let purpose rise from within- not pressure.
I am exactly where I need to be.
The idea is to make this knowledge your habit. Where no matter what life throws at you, you know your truth and thus your power.
