You must know that you are a vibrational being, right? Living in a vibrational Universe, correct? It therefore stands to reason that by altering your own vibrational state that you can alter or have an effect on this vibrational multiverse that we are living in? In terms of health, wealth and happiness. And in terms of physical matter and experiences that are showing up for your reality within it. Being aware of this knowledge is the first step in allowing change. You have to be aware of something. Aware of what's possible. To then be able to make a conscious change to whatever it is that is now possible from your new understanding of how reality actually works. This is consciousness. And as the Universe is ever expanding, so is your level of consciousness. Expanding to one day wake up and connect to divine source energy that is the life force of what it is that you want.

And this blog is my life's work in helping people awaken to this truth. Their own power.

I am not some guru or some fancy influencer. In fact you'll see from how I write and from watching my videos that I am definitely none of those things. I am a Mum. I am a hardworking girl. I am Fletch. I AM. And I tried my best all my life and was continuously stuck in mud and I had depression that kept dragging me back (even when life was actually really good on paper). Not ever really getting anywhere and thinking how do other people do this thing called life, when no matter what I did (and I slogged my guts out to burn out over 30 years) to just getting by. I was lost, stuck and found myself at my 3rd time of wanting to end it all. Taking my last holiday with my kids to give them last good memories of their mum. And to me praying to God / the Universe on my knees on the floor asking for a sign. What I got was my first insight into my own conversation with divine information and knowledge. And a reason to not kill myself. This was the first day in my own Spiritual awakening journey. And so everything I write (and you will feel this come from the pages I've been told), is from truth and lived experience. I am someone that self healed from lifelong depression (in what was pretty much overnight, through awareness of what is. and what is therefore possible), who then started to work with Universal energy, vibration and frequency, to the inner workings of how reality and ourselves are truly built and therefore work. To manifest a freedom life, a dream life in Bali, where we're now almost 2 years in building our own villa. This is not a flex btw, this is how energy works - and if you know your own truth and understand how frequency and vibration work, then this my friends is the key to life changing things. The Kybalion would refer to it as 'having the Keys to The Universe'.

My goal is that people wake up whilst living so they can enjoy the deliciousness of life and everything it has to offer when you connect to this divine energy (whilst we're alive).

Every single thing in our Universe is composed of unique vibrations and energies. When the Crown Chakra awakens and opens, we begin the journey toward ascension and get access to boundless cosmic energy. It feels magical only it's not magic it's quite simply how it works. The IS - ness of All that IS. But it still feels magical to me and I have to always be careful to not put my perceived magic on a pedestal and worship it as something outside of myself.

I still always have to remind myself to go within and remember it's me, you, us. Always be aware of this. The minute you're not, you are giving your power away to the matrix, programs and others. This is about You, Your Energy and Your connection to your Divine power. Awareness, consciousness and discernment always. Does it feel right? Does it feel true? Then keep going with your own discernment like that! If you ever get blocked or feel blocked (you ARE never blocked btw) but perceive blockages as such, you have the most amazing tool in MEDITATION. Sit quietly with yourself to get back to this inner energy, this inner knowing until you get good at returning to this divine flow of energy.
